Firecracker Math hires Counselors in Training, Camp Counselors, and Site Supervisors on a seasonal basis for our Summer and Winter Camps.

Positions
Counselor in Training (CIT)
This volunteer internship position is open to high school juniors and seniors. Counselors in Training work with Counselors, Site Supervisors, and Instructors to support campers ages 6-16 during math lessons and recreation activities.
Camp Counselor
Counselors are college students (preferably with an interest in math and science) who have leadership skills and experience working with children. Previous camp experience is preferred, but not required.
Counselors lead groups of campers ages 6-16 throughout Summer and Winter Camps. They support students and instructors during math lessons and fun activities, as well as assisting parents with check-in and check-out.
Site Supervisor
Site Supervisors are responsible leaders who have organizational skills and experience working with children. Previous camp experience is preferred.
Site Supervisors lead campers ages 6-16 in their daily camp activities, including math lessons and recreation activities. They oversee the daily schedule and coordinate with staff to support instructors, counselors, campers, and parents.
